We are launching a large-scale initiative to establish 10000 Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations across urban, semi-urban, and highway locations in India. We invite applications from qualified, experienced, and technically capable vendors/partners for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure.
- Scope of Work for Vendors:
Design, supply, installation, and commissioning of EV charging stations
Support for solar-powered and grid-connected charging solutions
Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of stations
Mobile app integration and remote monitoring systems
Network integration with open APIs and central dashboards
- Eligibility Criteria:
Registered Indian company (Private Ltd / LLP / MSME / Startup)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in EV, energy, or infrastructure sector
Proven track record of EV or charging infrastructure projects
ISO / BIS certification (if available)
Minimum annual turnover of ₹50 lakhs (or equivalent financial capacity)
- Technical Requirements:
EV chargers with compatibility for DC Fast Charging (CCS2 / CHAdeMO) and AC Slow Charging (Type-2)
Power capacities: 3.3kW, 7.4kW, 15kW, 30kW, 60kW, 120kW
IoT-enabled real-time monitoring systems
Safety and compliance as per BIS/IEC standards
Solar EV charging options preferred in rural/highway areas
- Location & Deployment Plan:
Stations to be installed across major Indian states including Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Bihar, etc.
Deployment will be in phases, with urban and highway corridors prioritized in the first phase.

Only technically and financially qualified vendors will be shortlisted.
Selected vendors will sign an MoU / Agreement for implementation.
Government EV policy guidelines and DISCOM coordination will be followed.
Preference will be to vendors offering sustainable (solar-enabled) and scalable solutions
